The Speech Specialists are a highly experienced group of Speech Language Pathologists, Speech Language Associates, Behavioral Therapists, and Occupational Therapists that provide private in-home and clinic-based services for clients across Southern Ontario. We provide individualized and comprehensive assessments as well as unique treatment programs for each of our clients. Job Description:
Our goal is to provide a work environment that is collaborative, energetic, and welcoming to all our therapists, employees, and practitioners.
The job involves various administrative responsibilities, such as:
· Checking voicemail and responding to e-mails
· Scheduling/canceling/rescheduling/confirming appointments using scheduling software
· Using referral tracking log to create reports
· Completing billing tasks such as sending invoices, receipts, and payment statements using Stripe.
Candidate must be able to:
Have a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Display great communication, organizational, and time management skills
· Previous experience as an administrative assistant an asset
· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing an asset
