1. Responsible for crafting job descriptions, attracting qualified candidates, screening resumes and conducting interviews, hiring new employees and onboarding them into the company culture, and coordinating training programs to equip employees with necessary skills.
2. Maintains a positive work environment and addresses employee concerns, advises managers on disciplinary actions and grievance procedures, ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, and develops programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
3. Maintains accurate employee records (attendance, performance, etc.), processes paperwork related to leaves, terminations, and other HR actions.
4. Identifies and assesses potential risks in the workplace, develops and implements strategies to mitigate those risks, and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
5. Focuses on sourcing and attracting top talent, building relationships with potential candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
6. Processing paperwork related to leaves, terminations, and other HR actions.
