Centralized Trade Operations Officer

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the trade settlement process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.
Ensure compliance with all relevant trade regulations, including market conduct and regulatory reporting requirements.
Utilize trade reconciliation software to identify and resolve discrepancies in trade confirmations and settlements.
Monitor transaction activities for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and other relevant laws.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address trade processing issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Employ trade surveillance solutions to detect and report potential market abuse or irregularities.
Prepare regulatory reports and documentation in alignment with compliance frameworks, ensuring timely submission to regulatory authorities.
Facilitate the onboarding and continued use of SWIFT messaging services to support trade settlement operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in trade operations.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs to educate team members on trade processing and compliance requirements.
