We are seeking an experienced chef skilled in preparing a wide range of traditional Pakistani dishes, as found in cafés and restaurants across Pakistan.

The chef should be proficient in making a variety of BBQ items, including seekh kebabs, chapli kebabs, shami kebabs, grilled chicken, and roast meats, as well as different varieties of chicken and mutton kebabs like boti kebabs, malai boti, and reshmi kebabs.
Expertise in preparing flavorful rice dishes such as biryani, pulao, and tahari is essential. The chef should also be familiar with preparing Pakistani-style fried rice and Chinese dishes like chicken fried rice and manchurian.
The candidate should also be able to prepare a variety of traditional Pakistani curries, including karahi, dal fry, and kofta curry.
The chef must be capable of making fast food items like burgers, rolls, and sandwiches.
The position is based in Shiraz, Iran, with competitive salary, accommodation, meals, and visa assistance provided.
