Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the supervision and management of cash banking, accounts receivable and payable, and inventory to ensure consistency between accounts and reality;
2. Responsible for reviewing and approving daily expenses; Accounting for personnel expenses included in various cost expenses;
3. Supervise local finance to collect and organize relevant information required by banks and audits;
4. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports required for daily business management on time;
5. Train local financial personnel in accordance with headquarters accounting requirements to ensure that local finance can complete financial accounting work as required;
6. Responsible for external communication work, mainly including banks, accounting firms, and auditing;
7. Complete other daily business tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in finance, proficient in English or Chinese as the working language;
2. At least 1 year of accounting work experience;
3. Familiar with the processing of accounting statements, accounting regulations and tax laws, proficient in using financial software;
4. Good learning ability, independent work ability, familiar with Excel and Word office software;
5. Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
