Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including reconciliation, general accounting entries, incentive calculations, and complaint backup. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and support our company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Record and maintain general accounting entries in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Calculate incentives for employees based on predetermined criteria, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the accounting department.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of reconciliation processes, general accounting principles, and incentive calculations (Fresh Graduates are also eligible).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
