'SGC' a leading company in Outdoor and In-store Media Solutions is looking for a Female Front Desk Officer to join our Admin Team.

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
  • Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests.
  • Receive posts in the morning if any and distribute them to the concerned people.
  • Collect approved leave forms of employees and make the record for final payroll purposes.
  • Perform office administration and clerical duties.
  • At the end of the month finalize the attendance register of Head office employees, send it to In-Charge HR & Admin for checking purposes and finally send it to the accounts department for payroll.
