Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the HR department.
  • Compile and update employee records (both physical and digital formats).
  • Process documentation and prepare comprehensive reports related to HR and payroll activities.
  • Supervise and ensure timely processing of payroll.
  • Update employee details in payroll software.
  • Manage attendance and leave records for employees.
  • Oversee the payroll system, including daily wage calculations.
  • Prepare detailed incentive reports for sales staff, including Sales Managers.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to manage employee insurance coverage.
  • Maintain communication with labor departments and other government agencies (EOBI, Social Securities, and other relevant entities).
  • Perform other duties as required, aligned with the competencies of the position.
