Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations of the HR department.
Compile and update employee records (both physical and digital formats).
Process documentation and prepare comprehensive reports related to HR and payroll activities.
Supervise and ensure timely processing of payroll.
Update employee details in payroll software.
Manage attendance and leave records for employees.
Oversee the payroll system, including daily wage calculations.
Prepare detailed incentive reports for sales staff, including Sales Managers.
Liaise with insurance companies to manage employee insurance coverage.
Maintain communication with labor departments and other government agencies (EOBI, Social Securities, and other relevant entities).
Perform other duties as required, aligned with the competencies of the position.

Since the inception of the Company there has been a constant effort to improve on products and to develop new ones. Besides processed textile waste, products being made and exported are listed on the side. In 2003 production of Bleached Absorbent Cotton was started in a purpose built premises with special attention to efficiency and economy of production for a quality product that meets with the internationally required specifications.
