  • Access Control and Visitor Management: Monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identities of personnel (employees, contractors, visitors), issuing visitor badges, ensuring proper escorting of visitors, and managing after-hours access.
  • Patrolling and Surveillance: Conducting regular patrols of the Guest House, storage areas, and surrounding premises, identifying and reporting suspicious activities or potential hazards.
  • Vehicle Checks and Security: Inspecting vehicles entering and leaving the premises, logging vehicle and driver information, and monitoring parking areas.
  • Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies such as fires, accidents, or security breaches, following established protocols, assisting with evacuations, and providing first aid if necessary.
  • Asset Protection: Monitoring critical equipment, machinery, and storage areas to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access, and maintaining asset logs.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicating effectively with other watchmen, security personnel supervisors, and employees, participating in briefings, and following the chain of command.
  • Safety and Security Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures, conducting routine checks of fire safety equipment, and reporting any malfunctions.
  • Employee and Visitor Support: Assisting visitors with directions, information, and security-related concerns to security supervisor.
  • Night Shift and Rotation Security: Increasing patrol frequency and visibility during night shifts, ensuring all areas are secured, and maintaining detailed rotation logs.
