We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our social media presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design graphics, write compelling captions, and produce videos to enhance brand visibility.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online community by engaging with followers and addressing their queries and concerns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Use data insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.
  • Manage partnerships and sponsorship to enhance brand visibility.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ social media activities and industry developments.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
