The Role:

  • We are seeking an office all-rounder with experience in business administration and accounts. 
  • Focused on CRM systems, accounts and other general office admin processes.
  • Answering and making phone and email inquires.
  • Database management & client onboarding. Maintaining client documents to our database.
  • Ensure Client invoicing is conducted upon completion of works or as required and carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable including account applications and online portals.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience working in an admin / accounts role. Working understanding of bookkeeping, quotes & invoicing procedures.
  • General knowledge with regards to taxation. 
  • Ability to adapt to new software. An excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong, clear communication skills written and verbal. Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills. 
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. The ability to hit the ground running and add value with minimal supervision.
  • Experience Minimum Bachelors Male or Female Fluent in English
