Cold Calling Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to business owners in the USA and Europe, introducing them to our website development and software services. Success in this position is measured by the ability to create meaningful connections, set up meetings, and convert leads into long-term clients. As a key member of our business development team, this role directly impacts the organization's growth and customer acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, primarily business owners, in the USA and Europe to introduce our website development and software services.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and how our solutions can address their challenges.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively answer questions and build trust with clients.
Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or demos for qualified leads with the sales team.
Accurately document and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls made and leads converted.
Stay updated with industry trends and client needs to improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales-oriented role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong understanding of website development and software services is a plus but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent time management skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools and other communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience working with international clients, particularly in the USA and Europe, is an advantage.
