RF Optimization Engineer

As an RF Optimization Engineer at Satelfy, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our wireless networks. You will leverage your expertise in Network Optimization and KPI Analysis to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize the radio network parameters to ensure excellent quality of service for end users. Your primary focus will be on optimizing LTE/4G networks while utilizing advanced optimization software and tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of network performance management and drive test analysis, enabling them to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the deployment of optimal network architecture and performance improvements. In addition to your technical skills, strong analytical abilities and an attention to detail are essential for success. You will engage in performance tuning of the network, helping to enhance user experience and satisfaction. Your experience of at least five years in the telecom industry will allow you to bring valuable insights and strategies to the table, while your capacity to communicate data-driven recommendations clearly will support the advancement of our projects and objectives at Satelfy. This position does not include managing a team, allowing you to focus on your technical contributions while collaborating with colleagues across various departments.Responsibilities

Analyze network performance metrics through KPI analysis and identify areas needing improvement.
Conduct drive tests and analyze data to assess network quality and performance issues.
Optimize network configurations and settings to enhance service quality and maintain optimal performance.
Utilize optimization software tools to model, simulate, and evaluate network performance adjustments.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop strategies and methods for enhancing LTE/4G network efficiency.
Monitor network performance continuously and implement corrective actions as required to achieve defined KPIs.
Prepare detailed reports documenting performance analysis findings and optimization recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies that can assist in network optimization efforts.
Engage in troubleshooting complex network issues to quickly restore service and ensure user satisfaction.
Support the deployment of new radio access technologies and evaluate their performance impact.
