Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the HoReCa sector.
- Order Management: Take orders accurately from clients, ensuring all relevant details are recorded efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of our product range and be able to provide information to clients as required.
- Sales Growth: Actively promote products to clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Order Tracking: Keep track of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Documentation: Maintain proper records of orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the HoReCa sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills for order management and documentation.
- Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
- Residence in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
