Data Management and Reporting:
Extract and compile sales data from the company's CRM and other systems.
Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales figures and activities.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials are available and up to date.
Administrative Duties:
Organize and maintain files and records.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and filing.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company.
