We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Consultant to join our team. As an Umrah Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients planning their Umrah journeys, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and organizing their Umrah trips, including visa arrangements, flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Stay updated on Umrah regulations, travel trends, and any changes in the industry.
  • Address client’s inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with travel partners to ensure the best possible services for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Keep abreast of Umrah packages and offerings in the market to provide competitive options.
  • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
  • Must know the basics of Galileo/Sabre (GDSs)
  • Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah travel requirements and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Umrah Consultant or in a similar role (1-2 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
