Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a passion for the textile and fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, product issues, and service concerns to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Saleem Fabrics’ products, promotions, and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Sales Support: Provide information on product features, benefits, and availability to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the customer service database.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services and product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in retail or the textile industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
