Civil Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead our construction projects, ensure team coordination, and maintain safety standards on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Oversee all aspects of construction, including excavation, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring, masonry, and site finishing.
Review project plans and blueprints, ensuring all work aligns with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular safety meetings, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Track and report daily progress, including project milestones, labor, materials, and any issues that arise.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site managers to ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
Troubleshoot any technical or personnel issues on-site and work proactively to resolve them.
Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skillsets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and other technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in construction safety or project management.
Familiarity with construction management software.
Technical or vocational training in construction management or a related field.
