As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our mobile applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver outstanding user experiences. Your expertise in Flutter development, combined with your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient Flutter applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
- Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and other performance issues.
- Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate APIs and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to established development standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Flutter development, including a solid understanding of Dart programming language.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying successful Flutter applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development best practices, including UI/UX design principles and responsive layout techniques.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and services.
- Proficient in version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based backend services.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of native iOS and Android development is a plus.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
