- Handle inquiries and provide expert travel consultancy for Hajj & Umrah packages.
- Effectively generate sales by converting leads into bookings.
- Offer exceptional customer service while addressing client needs.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Hajj & Umrah regulations and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Hajj & Umrah Sales, particularly for the US market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests while delivering exceptional service.
- Hands-on experience in travel consultancy.
