Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to maximize revenue generation and meet fundraising targets.
Research and Identification:Conduct research to identify potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and government grants.
Donor Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, cultivating their support and fostering long-term partnerships.
Prospect Cultivation:Identify and cultivate new donor prospects, implementing effective stewardship and cultivation strategies.
Campaign Management:Lead and coordinate fundraising campaigns, including digital campaigns, direct mail appeals, crowdfunding initiatives, and online giving platforms.
Corporate Partnerships:Identify and engage corporate partners, establishing strategic partnerships to support fundraising efforts.
CSR Initiatives:Collaborate with corporate partners to develop cause-related marketing campaigns and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Grant Writing:Develop and write compelling grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and other grant-making organizations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and donor cultivation.
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising platforms and online giving strategies.
- Experience in building and maintaining corporate partnerships is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in grant writing and a strong ability to articulate the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s mission and impact in compelling proposals.
- Demonstrated success in securing funding through grants, with a portfolio of successful grant proposals.
- Proven experience working in the NGO sector, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by non-profit organizations.
