We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CSR Officer to join our team for day shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with our organization's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CSR strategies and programs.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate partners and donors.
- Develop and maintain donor databases.
- Conduct donor research and create donor profiles.
- Plan and execute donor engagement activities, including events and communications.
- Track and report on donor contributions and impact.
- Follow up with donors to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
- Manage CSR budgets and resources efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives.
- Prepare CSR reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CSR or related field.
3. Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package of PKR 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
- Additional commission based on performance.
