Data Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's data assets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, database systems, and data governance practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
Enforce data standards and guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency.

Data Management:

Monitor and optimize database performance.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support
Implement and enforce data security measures, including access controls and encryption.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into target systems.
Integrate data from disparate systems to create a unified view.
Ensure data integrity and consistency during integration processes.
Prepare and analyze data
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations. As job will enquire individuals to complete targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field / Certifications in data management or equivalent qualifications
Proven experience in data administration
Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., CRM Software).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a fast typer is essential
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in verbal and written English
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms.

Monday to Saturday 8 am- 6 pm

Salary will be 40,000/- to 60,000/- PKR per month with a 5000/- PKR bonus if the task is completed within a time frame without errors. If not overtime will be put in place.
