Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee daily operations of the Shopify website, including content updates, banner changes, and SEO optimization.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the website developer, marketing firm, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with the PPC team to ensure timely shipments.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth through effective website management, social media marketing, and SEO efforts.

Required Skills:

  • Shopify Expertise: Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, and knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.
  • Communication: Strong proficiency in Excel and fluency in both spoken and written English.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift: Evening shift from 6 PM to 3 AM, with adjustments during daylight saving time in the USA.
  • Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work if needed.
