Rozee is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Outbound Business Development Manager to enhance our business growth initiatives within the software development sector. In this role, you will spearhead lead generation activities, manage client relationships, and close deals that align with our strategic goals. Your expertise in staff augmentation and proven sales track record will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of the software development landscape. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and foster connections that drive revenue.

As the B2B Outbound Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of five professionals, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and ensuring that each team member is focused on achieving their sales targets. You will leverage your skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and strategy development to cultivate opportunities that not only meet but exceed our ambitious sales goals. Your ability to work remotely with minimal supervision, coupled with a strong understanding of CRM tools, will empower you to efficiently manage the sales pipeline and contribute meaningfully to Rozee's growth in the software development market.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies focused on B2B outbound sales within the software development industry.
  • Identify and target potential clients through lead generation activities, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, articulating the value proposition of staff augmentation services.
  • Bidding on tenders and creating compelling eProposals for both private and public sector contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and client expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of five business development professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Set performance metrics, track progress, and conduct regular reviews to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software effectively to monitor the sales pipeline, manage client interactions, and record key data for analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and technological advancements in software development.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
