Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Promote products/services to customers
  • Meet sales and performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (restaurant call center preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts (including evenings/weekends)
