Sourcing and identifying potential candidates for open positions across the Head Office, Plant, and various outstation branches.
Conduct preliminary telephonic assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for the roles and share the CVs of candidates with senior management for review and feedback.
Coordinate physical and online interviews, ensuring the availability of relevant HODs and Directors.
Verification of candidates selected for hiring, which includes validating their previous experience, salary, and benefits received.
Extend and negotiate offers with successful candidates, confirming their availability for joining.
Ensure a smooth induction and onboarding process for new employees.
Complete and organize all necessary documentation for new joiners, facilitating their induction process.
Provide comprehensive orientation to new employees at the Head Office, covering company policies and procedures.
Address and resolve employee grievances in an effective and timely manner.
Conduct performance appraisals of new joiners after the probation period to assess their performance.
