We are looking for a dedicated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team for both day and night shifts. If you’re passionate about sales, building strong client relationships and contributing to a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through social media, cold calls and networking.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver engaging business proposals and presentations.
- Sales Tracking: Monitor, report and manage sales pipelines to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business development or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Availability: Flexible to work either day or night shifts as per team requirements.
