The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. You will lead a team of 10 professionals, providing direction and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Your analytical skills will enable you to develop data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and contribute significantly to our growth. You will also serve as a liaison for development projects, guiding the integration of financial strategies with project needs, and ensuring all financial activities meet our quality standards and service level agreements. As a leader, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects across diverse geographical locations, demonstrating your ability to influence without direct authority while maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities

  • Support the operations of the gas station, convenience store, and restaurant by collaborating with onsite staff to ensure financial processes run smoothly.
  • Act as the technical liaison for design and construction teams on new development projects, prioritizing site permitting and construction tasks to align with financial planning.
  • Develop and refine business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency while emphasizing cost control and accountability in all financial dealings.
  • Initiate creative strategies for optimizing operating costs, ensuring contractors and vendors provide quality services that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Design and maintain key performance metrics related to store sales and inventory management; leverage large data sets for the development of machine learning models to reduce inventory costs and improve profitability.
  • Play a vital role in framing the strategy for franchising our business model, ensuring financial sustainability and operational readiness.
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities to think strategically and effectively prioritize potentially competing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Lead and manage diverse projects and initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving across all levels of the team.
