The Program Associate- PEI Punjab role is to ensure effective communication, data management, monitoring, and program coordination, support the PEI Punjab team in achieving timely and high-quality implementation of immunization and health initiatives.

Major Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of TFP- PEI Punjab, Program Associate will perform the following tasks;

1. Communication:

  • Communication with the DEOCs, DHOs & partners.
  • Communication with the Focal Persons and Data Entry Operators of the Districts.
  • Communication with the EPI, Department of Health, and National EOC.
  • Communication with all the PEI staff for the relevant activities i.e. pre Campaign, Intra Campaign and Post campaign activities will be communicated through emails, WhatsApp groups and telephones for the timely implementation of the activities.
  • Maintain key office records and provide when needed.

2. Data Management and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement data management plans.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data repository.
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

3. Field Support/ Monitoring:

  • Monitoring team performance in the field as per guidance of Management.
  • Conducting Data Quality Assessment at the District level to ensure data quality is not compromised.

4. Program Management & Coordination:

  • Organizing & facilitating meetings & workshops at PEOC.
  • Coordination with PEOC, Districts & NEOC.
  • Follow up on Key-performance indicators.
  • Support to the Management of the program in terms of performance management.
  • Support to the management in Administration related matters.
  • Perform any other duties, relevant to project, as required.
