US Accountant / Tax Expert

We are hiring experienced US accountants and Tax Preparers to join us, to assist our clients. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and filing tax returns for individuals 1040 and businesses (1065, 1120, 1120S, 990). You will also provide expert advice on tax-related matters, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and help clients minimize their tax liabilities.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for accurately preparing financial statements using Quickbooks online, do A/R and A/P Accounting, process payroll and file sales tax returns of clients from different States.

Note: Only apply if you have a minimum of 2 years of US Accounting or Tax Prep Experience

Requirements

Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years as a US Accountant or Tax Preparer.
Familiarity with federal and state tax regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in tax preparation and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks Online, ProConnect, ProSeries, etc.).
Ideally skilled in Tax Planning but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
