Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage and grow company profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with brand identity.
Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and analytics to optimize performance.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to refine marketing strategies.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proven experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be comfortable working night shifts (US EST hours).
