We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural and interior design. This is a full-time remote position where you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional design solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Create detailed 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and Lumion.
- Utilize Photoshop for rendering and presentation purposes.
- Understand and contribute to the preparation of architectural spec books and estimation.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
- Support the procurement process by understanding material specifications and sourcing.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and interior design.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of architectural spec books and estimation processes.
- Understanding of design, execution, and procurement fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work full-time remotely based on US time-zone (8 AM - 5 PM EST).
- Knowledge of Revit is a plus.
