We are looking for a talented Renderer/3D Artist to join our creative team and help bring our projects to life.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for architectural, interior, and construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure designs are accurately represented in 3D.
- Produce detailed, photorealistic renders of buildings, interiors, and materials.
- Work with design briefs and project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback to enhance visual outputs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a 3D Renderer or 3D Artist in the architecture or interior design field.
- Expertise in software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations and renders.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and turn them into realistic 3D models.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Knowledge of animation or walk-through presentations.
- Experience in working with design-build agencies or construction-related projects.
