- Develop Enterprise Business solutions on Kaspersky, Cisco, PaloAlto, Citirx, VMWARE, TrendMicro, Crowd Strike Fortinet, and Sophos product line.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Need Analysis, and Estimation for assigned Business verticals.
- Provide Technical presentations and architectural solutions that integrate into existing network topology, as well as demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), RFP Designing of all offered Hardware and Software Technologies.
- Coordinate with different teams to lead assigned Projects and Supervision of technical activities to make sure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service & support.
- Conduct customer Enablement Sessions on IP/Cloud Infrastructure, Security, SDN, Virtualization, Unified Communications Solutions.
- Prepare quality proposals, bids and other documentation (e.g. procedures, drawings, budget requests, reports, memos, letters, etc.)
- Maintaining effective communication within the departments and coordination with Account Managers to ensure project timelines.
- Keeping track of the latest market trends, technologies, business requirements and coordinating with core teams to explore future possibilities of the ever-changing business requirements.
