Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing the hospital's visibility and reputation within the medical community.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the hospital’s branding and goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with insurance companies to streamline collaboration and improve service offerings.
  • Serve as the liaison between the hospital and doctors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Engage with corporate employees to provide necessary protocols and ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating regular meetings and communication channels between the hospital’s marketing team and medical professionals.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in medical marketing is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies within the healthcare sector.
