Round1Solutions is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate and assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and updating the company website.

Client Relations:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information and support to clients regarding their inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials.

Team Support:

  • Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure they can focus on client relations and sales.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new staff members.
  • Coordinate team events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience of at least 1 year will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
