Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing and branding purposes, while ensuring consistency with the QG brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Designing engaging and creative graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop design concepts and ideas that align with the company's marketing goals.
Creating and editing videos for social media and other digital platforms.
Ensuring all designs are in line with brand guidelines and standards.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating them into design concepts.
Working closely with the content team to ensure visual and written content complement each other.
Creating visual assets for website design and development, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement email marketing campaigns.
Designing packaging materials and product labels that adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Assisting in the creation of brand identities and style guides for new product launches.
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
Presenting design concepts to the management team and incorporating feedback into final designs.
Working closely with printers and other vendors to ensure quality and timely production of marketing materials.
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and creativity.
Maintaining a digital asset library, organizing files for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2 or more years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
Experience with photography and photo editing.
