Upwork Bidder

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder to create compelling proposals, bid on projects, and secure clients for our technology services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of winning bids for IT and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Bidding & Proposal Writing:

Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Craft persuasive, customized proposals that highlight Quretechs’ expertise and value proposition.
Tailor bids to meet client requirements and stand out from competitors.

Client Communication:

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and clarify project details.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client demands.
Analyze successful bids and refine bidding strategies accordingly.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor bid success rates and provide regular reports to management.
Continuously improve bidding techniques to increase win rates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Freelance Proposal Specialist, preferably in the IT/software development industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, policies, and bidding process.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Familiarity with technology services such as AI, blockchain, IoT, and software development is a plus.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
