We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Telemarketing Agent to join our call center team. As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell services
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional manner
- Update customer information and sales data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
