A Team Leader of Customer Sales Representatives is responsible for guiding and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet sales goals and objectives.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
4. Customer Focus: Ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
5. Communication: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide necessary support to enhance team skills and knowledge.
7. Goal Setting: Set realistic sales targets and goals, aligning with company objectives.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
