The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Q Mechanics PK and its clients' products or services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind and a creative approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing various digital marketing channels and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Marketing:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Marketing:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for different platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists and tailor messaging to target audiences.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on data analysis.
  • Affiliate Marketing:
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs.
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Track and analyze the performance of affiliate marketing efforts.
  • PPC Paid Advertising:
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor budget and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of PPC campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
