Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out all trade accounts administration.
- Manage/maintain documentation, accounts and assist with data compilation for meaningful interpretations
- Discover accounting trends and work on continuous process optimization for the most efficient systems.
- Bring new ideas and knowledge for enhancing the business over time.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as directed.

- Complete administration tasks on time.

- Deal with employees professionally at all times.
- Experience on cloud-based book-keeping software’s, such as Xero and QuickBooks are a must.
