We are seeking talented and customer-focused Call Center Representatives who are fluent in English to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys as needed
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
  • Follow call scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards
  • Input and update customer information in the database accurately

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
