Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office data and records efficiently using computer systems.
Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls with clients and staff.
Assist in maintaining real estate listings, databases, and other related documents.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team.
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Ensure smooth communication between the office and clients, assisting with inquiries in both English and Urdu.
Support team with creative tasks like content for marketing and social media posts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Must have at least an Intermediate level of education.
Proficient in using computers (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
Creative mindset to come up with solutions and contribute ideas.
Fluent in Urdu and a good understanding of English for communication.
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not mandatory.
