Looking for an experienced Affiliate Support Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to our affiliates, helping them to set up and optimize their campaigns, and ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for monitoring their performance and providing feedback to help them improve. You will work closely with our affiliate managers to ensure our affiliates are happy and successful.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to affiliates to help them set up and optimize their campaigns
- Set up tracking links and pixels for affiliates
- Set up postbacks and other tracking tools
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide feedback to help them improve
- Troubleshoot any issues affiliates may have
- Work closely with affiliate managers to ensure affiliates are happy and successful
- Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and suggest ways to improve
- Provide timely and concise bug reports to the development team
- Provide accurate and timely responses to affiliate inquiries
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Experience working with affiliates in the online marketing industry
- Strong understanding of tracking links, pixels, and postbacks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
