Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and infrastructure.
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of network systems, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with the IT and network teams to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all tasks.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Telecom, or Mechanical.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecom equipment, network systems, and relevant technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on-call as required.
