Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in scripting training content for Urdu voiceovers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying learning materials.
  • Convert pre-existing training presentations into engaging video content suitable for a learning management system (LMS).
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive training manuals, including tasks such as formatting, printing, and final documentation.
  • Support day-to-day training operations, which may include organizing training sessions, coordinating material, and ensuring a smooth training process.
  • collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative approaches to enhance training materials and methodologies.
  • Assist in analyzing training needs and participate in the development of new training programs or initiatives.
  • Engage in quality assurance processes to maintain the standard and effectiveness of training materials.
  • communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders together with feedback and incorporate improvements into training content.
  •  Learn and utilize various tools and software for content creation, editing, and management within the training domain.
  • Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned training and development tasks. 

Requirements

  • Graduation or equivalent.
