  • Follow up and ensure compliance on decided deliverables of the Customer Service team
  • Submission of report to Line Manager on decided deliverables
  • Ensure Customer complaints orderly
  • Ensure all documents are kept in relevant files and organized as per company standards
  • Coordination with team, Line Manager, and other department heads
