Premio Travels & Tour is open to hire a “HR Manager” to lead its Human Resources department. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, be result-oriented and manage relationships within the company.
An Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience of leading HR. The candidate will need to work on the following functions:
- Manage complete Human Resource department and its operations.
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
- Design strategies for recruitment and hiring needs and ensure the best fit on board.
- Having good exposure of technical hiring.
- Design and conduct orientation programs for new employees, and smoothly on-boarding.
- Ensure a smooth process of monthly payroll is executed.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, and handling all matters related to employee grievances effectively.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to Management and provide decision support.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
